Description
Our client is seeking a Risk Management and Conflicts Attorney to join their team under the direction of the General Counsel. This full-time, exempt position involves reviewing, analyzing, and resolving legal risks, particularly complex conflict matters such as lateral attorney clearances, preservation holds, and ethical screen issues. The role includes developing and enforcing firm policies related to risk management and business intake, facilitating communication among attorneys to resolve conflicts, and advising on legal ethics and regulatory matters. The attorney will also draft and review conflict waivers, engagement letters, and other documents to ensure compliance with ethical rules and firm standards.
