Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property group. The position is available in multiple locations including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Chicago, Atlanta, or Washington, DC. Applicants should have at least four years of experience in patent litigation, encompassing tasks such as drafting responses to motions and conducting legal research. Candidates with second or third chair experience will be given preference. While a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
