Our client, a top-tier AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a Life Sciences Patent Agent or Patent Attorney to join their award-winning Life Science Patent Prosecution and Counseling Team. This role is available in their Silicon Valley or San Francisco offices, with potential remote opportunities for exceptional candidates, particularly those located in Dallas, Del Mar, DC, or Downtown San Diego. The position involves a broad range of patent-related tasks including drafting, prosecution, post-grant proceedings, opinions, and due diligence, with a focus on drugs in clinical trials and approved drugs. Candidates will work within a dynamic team environment at the forefront of innovation, handling matters for a diverse client base from startups to Fortune 500 companies. The role demands a strong academic background, ideally with a master’s degree or PhD, and 1-10+ years of experience in patent law, emphasizing small molecules and extending to ADCs, Car-T, and other cell therapies.
