Our client is seeking Patent Agents to manage valuable patent assets and assess patent risk. The role involves drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications, conducting due diligence, landscape analysis, freedom-to-operate analysis, and validity assessments. The position supports all aspects of patent litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials. Candidates must interact professionally with clients, work as part of a global team, and maintain internal practices for coordinating patent-related information. Advanced writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with lawyers and firm management are essential.
