Our client is seeking a midlevel Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Oil, Gas & Resources practice in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial litigation background, including experience with class and mass actions. While experience in the energy sector is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role involves handling complex litigation matters related to the oil and gas industry, such as royalty disputes and property ownership disputes. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to or eligible for the Texas Bar. The position offers opportunities for mentorship and increasing responsibility. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service are essential. Candidates can be based in any of the Texas offices, including Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston.
