Description
Our client is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions associate to join their Finance & Transactions team in either Chicago or Los Angeles. This role offers the chance to work within a cohesive and collaborative team, engaging in a diverse multidisciplinary practice. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of M&A experience, particularly with private equity/sponsor clients, and be adept at managing multiple matters simultaneously. A J.D. degree with strong academic credentials and admission (or steps towards admission) in Illinois or California is required.
