Our client is seeking experienced attorneys to join their litigation team in Cleveland. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team within a prestigious national platform. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably within a large multinational law firm. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of litigation, from drafting pleadings and discovery requests to conducting depositions and arguing motions in court. The candidate will work on cases involving the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and consumer products industries, handling claims of personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer fraud. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, along with exceptional oral and written advocacy, are essential.
