LITIGATION INSURANCE & REINSURANCE ASSOCIATE (1639)
Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their team in either Hartford, CT or Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience advising and representing insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in insurance coverage actions and reinsurance disputes. Preferred experience includes complex litigation matters such as coverage disputes, regulatory investigations, environmental liability, asbestos, construction defects, opioids, workers' compensation, toxic torts claims, and other mass tort litigation. The role offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment with industry experts and a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule. Candidates should have 4-6 years of solid insurance and reinsurance litigation experience, excellent technical and client service skills, and bar admission in Connecticut and/or Massachusetts.
