Description
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a full-time Associate for their Litigation Practice based in Salt Lake City. The role involves working on a diverse range of complex commercial and business litigation matters, including securities, white collar defense, antitrust, bankruptcy, restructuring, product liability, real estate litigation, and intellectual property disputes. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of litigation experience, strong familiarity with federal, state, and local rules, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key responsibilities include taking depositions, briefing and arguing motions, and client and opposing counsel interactions. High academic credentials from a reputable law school and Law Review experience are preferred.
