Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is actively seeking an Associate or Of Counsel to join their Business Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, superior writing and analytical capabilities, and a background in federal clerkship. Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing is highly desirable. This role offers the opportunity for meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale. Remote-working applicants are welcome, provided they have a demonstrable track record. A valid law license is mandatory for this position.
