Our client, a prestigious law firm, is actively seeking an Associate to join their Business Litigation Department. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of specialized experience in complex commercial litigation. This opportunity is open to remote-working applicants with a proven track record, and those with a federal clerkship background will be given strong preference. Applicants should have distinguished themselves academically and possess superior writing and analytical capabilities. Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing is highly desirable. The role offers meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale.
