Description
Our client is seeking an experienced land use and environmental associate to join its West Coast Land Use and Environmental Group in San Francisco. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience in litigation, including writ-based litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and California housing laws, traditional environmental litigation, regulatory counseling under various state and federal environmental laws, and land use entitlements, including brownfield redevelopment and CEQA analyses. Candidates with strong litigation experience and relevant transferable skills will also be considered. A strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and admission to the California bar are required. This position is based in California.
