Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Attorney with over 7 years of labor and employment defense experience. The role requires substantial experience in employment counseling and litigation before federal and state courts, as well as government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising employers on labor and employment law issues, conducting witness interviews and investigations, drafting position statements, preparing employee handbooks and policies, drafting employment and separation agreements, and managing employment-related litigation. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in the Illinois State Bar are mandatory. Some portable business is also required.
