Description
Our client is seeking a senior-level associate for their Litigation group's Intellectual Property Practice in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and other complex commercial litigation, with a preference for experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission, and/or International Trade Commission. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar and possess excellent credentials. This position is open for either the Palo Alto or San Francisco office.
