Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Intellectual Property team in Chicago. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment with a diverse, multidisciplinary practice, engaging closely with shareholders and participating in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property prosecution and litigation, particularly in patent and trademark matters, along with patent drafting experience, strong research and writing skills, and excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities. A degree in Electrical Engineering, a JD (or equivalent), and admission to the Illinois Bar and USPTO (or steps towards admission) are required.
