INSURANCE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1688)
Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years of general commercial litigation experience, with a strong focus on insurance coverage. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, legal research, writing, and analytical skills. While previous insurance coverage experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates with federal or state court clerkships or significant courtroom experience in the public sector are also encouraged to apply. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in the State Bar of Texas are required.
