Our client, a full-service law firm recognized in the AmLaw 100, is seeking an attorney to join its Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice based in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate should be licensed to practice in Nevada and possess 2 to 7 years of experience in representing healthcare providers in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative proceedings. Preferred candidates will have a background in defending medical malpractice lawsuits and experience with a broad range of medical fields including obstetrics, emergency medicine, and more. The role demands strong litigation skills, including drafting and responding to discovery, managing multiple projects, and handling depositions. This position is well-suited for self-starters who can work independently and as part of a team, with a keen interest in growing within the healthcare law sector.
