HEALTH CARE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1407)
Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level health care litigation associate to join their national health care practice based in Nashville. The role requires candidates with a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in complex litigation, including drafting motions and briefs, and preparing for depositions. Experience in managed care, medical malpractice, medical staffing issues, or working with hospitals will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complex legal issues with minimal supervision and have a proactive approach to contributing to the growth of a national practice.
