Our client, a full-service law firm recognized in the AmLaw 100, is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in their Cleveland office. The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, with at least one year of experience in insurance defense litigation, covering all phases from case management to trials, including motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, and arbitrations. Admission to the Ohio Bar is mandatory. The role involves defending a wide range of property and personal injury claims across various general liability areas, often dealing with complex and high-exposure cases.
