Description
Our client seeks attorneys to join its market-leading Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) Practice in Washington, D.C. Candidates should have experience representing lenders, including US Government Agencies, in financing E&I projects, familiarity with non- and limited-recourse project financing, and expertise in negotiating and drafting financing and security agreements. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, high academic achievement, a strong interest in E&I, and admission to (or ability to waive into) the D.C. Bar are required.
