Description
Our client seeks a highly qualified associate to join their Education Team in North Carolina, with a strong preference for Raleigh. This role focuses on providing top-tier legal and consulting services to higher educational institutions both locally and nationwide, covering areas such as Title IX, faculty employment, student and academic affairs, and athletics. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of general litigation experience with a focus on Higher Education or 3 to 6 years of experience advising higher educational institutions in the specified areas. Higher Education experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have a strong desire to specialize in Higher Education law, possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, and have excellent academic credentials.
