This role involves managing a transaction database by inputting deal terms, coordinating with the knowledge management team, and tracking credit facility terms for clients. Additionally, the position requires drafting and managing form and precedent documents, as well as monitoring and summarizing legal and market developments relevant to the Debt Finance practice.
