Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Data Privacy Associate to join their team in any of their offices located in Denver, Irvine, D.C., Philadelphia, or New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in consumer and employee privacy, with a strong background in legal advice and counsel, data privacy compliance projects, drafting privacy policies, data protection agreements, and advising on technical website/app and digital marketing issues. Expertise in state, federal, and international privacy laws, data breach response, and consumer privacy litigation is preferred. Candidates with the IAPP's Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation are highly desirable. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
