DATA PRIVACY ASSOCIATE (1627)
Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Data Privacy Associate to join their team in one of their offices located in Denver, Irvine, D.C., or New Jersey. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in both consumer and employee privacy law. The successful candidate will be well-versed in managing data privacy compliance projects, drafting privacy policies and notices, advising on data protection agreements, data mapping, consumer consent workflows, and technical issues related to digital marketing. Additional expertise in data breach response, privacy litigation, and regulatory enforcement actions is preferred. Candidates with the IAPP's Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation are ideal. While experience in employment law is beneficial, our client is also keen on candidates who excel in consumer privacy and cybersecurity. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
