DATA PRIVACY ASSOCIATE (1610)
Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Data Privacy Associate to join their team in one of their offices located in Denver, Irvine, D.C., or New Jersey. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in both consumer and employee privacy law. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of data privacy, including compliance projects, drafting privacy policies and notices, data protection agreements, data mapping, and advising on digital marketing issues and data protection impact assessments. Expertise in state, federal, or international privacy laws, data breach response, and privacy litigation is highly desirable. Candidates with the IAPP's Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation are preferred. Applicants should possess strong analytical and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This position is ideal for self-starters who can work both independently and collaboratively.
