Description
Our client is seeking a Talent Counsel to join their team, with the option to be based in any of their U.S. offices or remotely across the U.S. The role involves advising on employment-related matters under U.S. federal, state, and local laws, including international employment issues. The successful candidate will guide the firm on legislative and regulatory changes, develop and implement compliance measures, and revise internal policies. Additionally, the role includes developing training for team members, assisting in drafting and negotiating employment-related documents, and supporting pre-litigation employment matters. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, have 3-5 years of experience in employment law, preferably with a strong background in California and/or New York employment law.
