Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Securities Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in securities matters. The role involves leading compliance with the ’34 Act and ’33 Act securities work, handling capital markets transactions, and managing corporate governance matters among other responsibilities. The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group and should be self-motivated, confident, and a team player with excellent professional and academic credentials.
