Our client is seeking an associate to join their Corporate practice group in Denver or Boulder, Colorado. Ideal candidates will have three to six years of experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. The role requires experience in leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents. Candidates must possess excellent writing skills, superior academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
