Description
Our client’s Corporate practice group is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of experience in investment funds and investment management. Ideal candidates will have substantive experience representing private equity sponsors and/or agents in a broad range of transactions. The role requires highly motivated individuals who thrive in a collegial and inclusive environment, possess strong analytical and writing skills, and are creative and solutions-oriented. This position offers exposure to regulatory and formation aspects and the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities.
