CORPORATE DEBT FINANCE ASSOCIATE (1612)
Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience for its Corporate Finance and Lending team within the Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate should be adept at negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions, with a preference for those who have represented private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, or lenders in leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions. While the Miami office is preferred, opportunities are also available in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Florida, Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC. Applicants must have excellent writing and analytical skills, experience in an Am Law 100 law firm, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (graduating in 2019, 2020, or 2021), and must be admitted to the bar or eligible for prompt admission in the jurisdiction of their resident office location.
