Our client, a prestigious law firm with a dynamic securities and capital markets practice, is seeking a mid to senior-level associate with significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation. The successful candidate will join their team in one of their offices located in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Nevada. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of top-tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work. M&A experience is also beneficial. The firm values team-oriented individuals with strong written and oral communication skills and excellent professional recommendations.
