Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Salt Lake City, is actively seeking experienced corporate attorneys to join their team focused on emerging companies and the investors who support them. The ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of broad corporate experience, particularly in areas such as startups, venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets (including IPOs and de-SPAC transactions), and general ‘34 Act reporting. Applicants should possess superior academic credentials along with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. This role involves leading transactions and direct interactions with executives, investors, and boards of directors. Candidates willing to be based in Boise will also be considered.
