Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join their State Attorneys General/FTC Practice based in Austin. The ideal candidate will possess a background in consumer protection and/or civil Medicaid fraud government investigations and litigation. While experience with a state Attorney General or the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection is preferred, it is not mandatory. Applicants must exhibit excellent legal research and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks across various partners, and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should be dynamic, highly motivated, and possess a JD from an ABA-approved law school. Being in good standing and an active member of the bar in the jurisdiction where they are admitted to practice is required, with timely admission to the Texas Bar as a condition of employment.
