Description
Our client, a prominent East Coast-based law firm with a national and international reach, is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of commercial litigation experience to join their Complex Commercial Litigation group in Florida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all facets of complex commercial litigation, including handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, managing cases on a day-to-day basis, and assisting in trial preparation. Familiarity with both state and federal courts in Florida is essential. Candidates who have completed a judicial clerkship will have an advantage. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a sophisticated, collaborative, and team-oriented environment, handling a broad spectrum of complex commercial and business litigation matters.
