Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated associate for their Commercial Litigation Practice Group based in Dallas. This role offers exceptional experience working alongside seasoned attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation, including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation such as drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances. Applicants must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, superb writing and communication skills, and must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
