Description
Our client seeks a highly qualified attorney to join their Antitrust practice. The ideal candidate must have experience in analyzing transactions for competition issues and merger control filing requirements, particularly with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act and its implementing rules. This includes HSR experience with substantive analysis, procedural issues, and filing logistics. Antitrust experience in advocacy before the DOJ and FTC, and in technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions, is a plus. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
